UGS Delhi follows a transparent and fair refund policy for both products and services.

Product Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned product

Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days

Electronic items that have been used or tampered with

PCB design and custom services

Service Refund Policy

Payments for design, development, or customized services are non-refundable once work has started
